As a Nutrition Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, my goal is to support you step by step and help you enjoy the benefits of optimum health and wellbeing, offering practical, individualised advice that you can apply to your daily life. I help people achieve greater balance, whether through improving energy levels, managing stress better or offering guidance on addressing a specific health concern. I have a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and am a BANT registered practitioner.
I take a holistic approach recognising that each person is an individual with unique requirements and seek to consider the whole person – the emotional as well as the physical. Most importantly, I aim to address the root cause of unbalance and to make sure her clients feel ‘heard’.
