My own personal experience of suffering with IBS and the Ayurvedic treatment I received has led me to believe that Ayurveda has huge potential in the modern world to relieve unnecessary suffering.
What I love about Ayurveda is the fundamental principle that to eliminate disease we must address its root cause (as well as treating the symptoms). Only by addressing the root cause can we find lasting good health and live our life to our full potential.
After a 15 year career in the charity sector, I completed my Diploma in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Massage Therapy at the Ayurveda Institute and then my Advanced Practitioner qualification in March 2019. I’m a member of the Complementary Medical Association and the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals UK. I am based in north London (Crouch End) however I also practice on-line.
