I specialise in helping women navigate states such as anxiety, stress and burnout, and challenges in parenting, relationships, and health.
I offer sessions via Zoom with a complementary introductory session.
I take a whole-istic approach, empowering you to uncover your own answers within. Helping you shine a light on the limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours that hold you back in life.
I started my journey as a Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS for many years, specialising in trauma, children and families. Over time, I learnt to integrate yoga and mindfulness and take a body, mind, soul approach to well-being.
