REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology has been used for thousands of years in many cultures including in Ancient Egypt and China. Using special massage techniques on the hands and feet, reflexology can correct imbalances in the body. Modern reflexology was developed by Eunice Ingham in the 1930s and is a popular holistic therapy.

Reflexology can help to: relieve tension; encourage relaxation; improve mood; aid sleep; give a sense of general wellbeing. It can also help you cope with specific challenges including physical, mental, emotional  or sexual/ fertility problems.
