I practice Western Herbal Medicine, with a specialisation in endocrinology, and chronic and metabolic disorders. I am fully qualified, insured and have been practicing since 2013. I also have more than 8 years of training in Endobiogenic Medicine, a French integrative medicine model that looks at the root cause of illness. In the assessment and treatment of a patient I further integrate my training as a counsellor. This is essential since psycho-emotional issues have an impact on physical illness. In terms of psycho-emotional modalities, I provide support through the use of family and systemic constellations. Furthermore, my training in functional nutrition permits me to prescribe treatment protocols which include dietary, lifestyle and herbal medicine based treatments in order to provide a truly holistic approach to optimum health and well-being.

I have a BSc (Honours) degree in Herbal Medicine and undertook practical clinical experience at the Stratford Centre for Herbal Medicine and Whipps Cross Hospital in London. I am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (UK), and am fluent in French, Italian and Spanish.

Prior to making natural health and wellness my life’s work, I was an international finance lawyer for over 18 years, the last 10 of which were spent completing university degrees in health-related fields concomitantly to my job. This gave me a unique perspective on high-stress environments and how they can impact on health and well-being as well as on what it takes to bring about change in your life, whether it be for health reasons or to live a more authentic life.
