I am a fully qualified and insured Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist. I hold a diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy from the AsFSHand a level 4 Diploma in Hypnotherapy Practice from the NCH.

I am based in Ash Surrey in the Surrey/Hampshire border and have been practising here for 3 years.

During the initial consultation I explain how the brain works and how we can experience anxiety, stress and depression and how we can use the plasticity of our brain to overcome this. At the end of the session you will be given a link to a relaxation recording to use at home.
