I am a Professional Hypnotherapist (Cert.Hyp CS) based in Canterbury but happy to see clients Kent wide and beyond. I offer private assessments and consultations for all individuals aged 16 or over using techniques tailored to suit each client. I welcome people from a range of diverse backgrounds, cultures and ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation and gender.

I also hold a first class BsC in Psychology and have experience in various areas of mental health provision including training with Cruse Bereavement and the Samaritans. Previous roles include a research fellowship for KCA UK and assistant editor of the European Journal of Counselling Psychology.

I am also qualified to practice Rewind Therapy which has has become internationally recognised as indispensable to treat PTSD. It is applicable to survivors trans culturally and usually requires no more than two sessions to bring about closure for single traumas. The results are enduring – a follow up of two years showed no relapses in that period of time. The Rewind is different from other imaginal exposure therapies because no details are disclosed to the therapist Hence the treatment is known as “closure without disclosure”.
