I’m a qualified Yoga Therapist registered witht the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I offer personalised in person and online yogatherapy, no previous yoga experience is required.
Yogatherapy is a holistic approach to healing and wellbeing where yoga practices including postures (asanas), breath work, meditation, chanting and lifestyle management can be used to restore physical and mental health, promoting a state of harmony and wellbeing.
I offer an initial consultation over the phone. The first session will be 90mins longer followed by 60 mins sessions. As the therapeutic relationship is key to the healing process it is recommended to book a block of 3-5 sessions initially. After every session you will be given a therapy plan to bring home with you and practice between sessions.
