I offer specialist approaches for people wishing to resolve personal and professional challenges and live the life they have always meant to be living.

For the last 20 years, I have assist a wide variety of people seeking to overcome various issues including amongst many others; sleep issues, anxiety, fears and phobias, depression/low-mood, increasing self-esteem, challenges resulting from childhood abuse and other adverse childhood experiences, traumatic experiences.

My in-person practice is in easy reach of both Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire (on the border of the 2 counties) with a free Car Park opposite the practice.  I also work online via Zoom or other video platforms if preferred.

I offer a discovery/info meeting up to 30 mins which is completely free of charge and, without obligation.

I work both in-person and online with people from Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and from any other location nationally or internationally.

Having successfully used hypnotherapy in order to help others resolve personal issues, and achieve their desired goals, I have enjoyed practising and lecturing on the subject professionally for 20 years. I have been the Principal of MindWorks (Hypnotherapy Practitioner Training School) since 2007. My formal qualifications and experience include Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Coaching, Stress Management, EFT, NLP and specialist skills training for working with people experiencing challenges which may result from adverse childhood experiences (including from trauma and childhood abuse.)

With a solid background in supporting personal growth, I am keen to emphasise the benefits of hypnosis when used in a therapeutic (as opposed to entertainment) context. My keen interest for the caring and life-enhancing qualities of hypnotherapy have been shared in talks and professional short courses on the subject, as well as in my role as Principal of MindWorks (Hypnotherapy and Professional Development training school)

I have been awarded the title Fellow of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP) (est. 1971) and also was awarded the Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (SQHP) by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, through which I maintain a strict ethical standard.
