I have been teaching Alexander Technique lessons in Cambridge for over 40 years. I teach Pilates matwork as well to some of my Alexander pupils who I think can be helped by this, or who want to learn some simple exercises.

There is now research evidence that the Alexander Technique reduces chronic low back pain. Better posture and coordination will enhance performance in the arts, sport, and daily life.
