I work with adults and teenagers to resolve and prevent the issues that have caused difficulty in your life from surfacing again. This is achieved through finding the right paths forward in honest and implementable ways.
There may be a part of your life that has caused great difficulty, but the next steps are ones of empowerment, happiness, wellbeing, and success.
The people I work with describe me as a relaxed and welcoming counsellor, with a good sense of humour when needed – this is especially true when it comes to working with teens!

I can create a safe space for you to talk about your issues with no judgement. Since 1995, I have been working with clients from a wide range of circumstances and I practice a variety of counselling techniques. I have been very lucky to train with Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP) and Roger Callahan (creator of TFT Thought Field Therapy).
