I predominantly teach hatha yoga individuals and small classes in a studio in Sidmouth and in my home studio. I have been teaching for 20 years and practicing since the age of 16yrs. I have also trained in meditation and yoga nidra ( a deep form of relaxation) . I have also trained in Shakti Dance (the yoga of dance)

I have trained in a number of therapies including counselling, Reki healing. Aromatherapy and holistic massage and Indian head massage. I also run meditation and relaxation groups.
