I come from a psychology and counselling background. About 10 years ago I qualified as a hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner. I draw from the experience of a lifetime and various tools and skills acquired over many years.

Nowadays most of us have busy lives and want quick results. All you might need is a few sessions.
You can expect an improvement after session 1 and I’ll teach you some strategies to look after yourself for the rest of your life.

Although as a therapist I welcome clients from all walks of life and with a wide spectrum of problems, I specialise in anxiety-related issues, unwanted habits, self-esteem and unpleasant memories.

I also offer Past Life Regression and Emotional Freedom Light techniques for clients on the spiritual path.
