I am a Women’s Confidence and Relationship Coach with  over 23 years experience as a therapist, coach, trainer, supervisor and mentor.

Given my experience, I have worked with many different people and issues over the years and although my focus these days is mainly coaching, specifically women’s confidence coaching, I do still have a very good hypnotherapy and counselling client base.

I work in a very proactive way, where my clients and I go on a journey together rather than the more overly passive and slower types of therapy that others may adopt. Slow is right for some people but I know that my clients prefer to work my way because they start to see improvements more quickly.
