I started my holistic journey in 2002 when I joined a meditation group to help me cope with the stresses of my work. Since then, I have gained holistic qualifications over the years outside my paid,
full time, ‘professional’ work, as I enjoyed and benefited so much from them.
I managed a successful meditation group in Shifnal for 12 years and started our business in April 2013, opening a crystal and holistic gift shop. Our therapy room came later in January 2018.
I provide therapies such as Reiki, crystal healing, chakra balancing, cupping, body massage, emotional freedom technique (EFT), ear candling, Indian head massage, reflexology. I have a colleague who delivers Shamanic healing too. I deliver training and sell items which are natural to promote the best for our wellbeing. It is used as a hub for former students and customers to gain support and
advice.
We are located in the Shifnal Shopping Centre, Shifnal, Telford.
