My name is Solange and you can call me Sol.
My journey in complementary therapies started like you, looking for a more natural way of self-care and I found the Bach Flowers to be my first contact.
I fell in love with the flower essences and how the energy of the flowers subtly led me to better understand my moment, my emotions, and my way of thinking.
After a few years I found Reiki therapy and from client I became a teacher after a few years of studies.
I trained in the Western Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki since 1999, working with three different teachers over a period of 3 years to attain master teacher/level 3-Shipinden in 2002.
As I considered myself an eternal student, Reiki guided me through the years until I found myself a yearning to go back, as far as possible, to the original foundations of Reiki and sought out the tradition Usui Teate Reiki system and Jikiden Reiki, here in the UK.
The time flies and now it is 20 years of experience.
Today, I work as a Reiki Practitioner/Teacher, Flower essence practitioner working with Florais de Saint Germain (UK Ambassador) and Bach Flower, as well as the use of body language technique (as our body speaks our mind) with the use of essential oils, a technique developed by a Brazilian practitioner and teacher Andrea Darco, called Psycho-Aromatherapy as I am now UK Ambassador as well.

9 months agoI recently completed Reiki level 1 and I'm so glad I chose to learn with Land of Reiki and Aroma. The 1-1 sessions were relaxed and felt more like a meeting with a friend, where I was able to ask questions freely. Sol is very knowledgeable about the system of Reiki Healing and spiritual/universal law. I'll definitely be returning to complete my level 2 in the future. Thanks again Sol.

8 months agoJust completed my level one with Sol and I thoroughly enjoyed it ! Sol has a warm and friendly energy, she makes you feel welcome straight away. I liked the slower pace of the course which really helped me digest the content. Looking forward to level two next year !!

a year agoI have recently completed my level 2 Reiki. It was a wonderful day of learning, meditating and spirituality. Sol is an amazing teacher with so much knowledge amd understanding to share. The meditation was intense at times and I left feeling an awakening that I can't wait to build on. I can't thank Sol enough for all of her care and support, you are an inspiration Sol and I hope I get to meditate and learn with you again in the future xxx

9 months agoSol has been my teacher for Shoden level 1 Reiki. These sessions have been so enlightened. Learning the origins of Reiki and the Reiju practice. I’ve loved every bit.
