I work with both Individuals and Couples. I am experienced in working with a range of client issues, particularly Relationships, Low self-esteem, Depression, Abuse, Bereavement and losses, dreams and particularly issues arising from childhood.
Couples come for counselling when they want to improve their understanding of their relationship; how they can transform how they are both with themselves and with their partner and how together they can form a more satisfying relationship.
I am a Registered BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor MBACP (Accred).
Individuals come for counselling because they want to overcome barriers to moving forward in their lives.
