As a highly experienced Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I specialise in helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting change through a forward-focused, collaborative approach. By integrating elements of NLP techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I tailor every session to empower clients with practical tools and inner confidence.
A core area of my work is gut-directed hypnotherapy for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), where I use the gut-brain axis to support natural regulation between the digestive and nervous systems. Through clinical hypnotherapy and mind-body interventions, I help clients reduce IBS symptoms, calm gut sensitivity, and improve their quality of life. I also work with chronic pain management using perceptual reframing techniques—helping shift the brain’s interpretation of discomfort to restore comfort and function.
My expertise extends to anxiety-related concerns, with a special focus on emetophobia (fear of vomiting), offering a calm and structured space for healing. By focusing on solutions rather than problems, I support clients in building emotional resilience, regaining control, and moving forward with confidence.
I also offer somnambulistic hypnotherapy – a protocol that leverages the deep trance (somnambulistic) state to facilitate profound therapeutic change, especially for deeply rooted issues. This protocol is structured to build safety and rapport, access the subconscious mind, and promote transformation over six sessions each one lasting up to 120 minutes.
My practice is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for change—guided, supported, and made possible through the power of the mind-body connection.
I offer in-person hypnotherapy sessions from two practice rooms in Hampshire or online via Zoom.
