I work with busy men and women who are overwhelmed and looking to get back to health. I run clinics in South Lanarkshire, Glasgow Southside and East Renfrewshire.

If you are ready to make changes I am here to help you every step of the way. I take a functional medicine approach and look to find the root cause of imbalances, to restore and heal. I am qualified in functional diagnostic testing, nutraceuticals and drug nutrient interactions.

    Energy and digestion are my specialities which can include those struggling with hormone issues affecting their energy, mood and weight; those with an IBS diagnosis or an autoimmune condition such as Hashimoto's which affects up to 95% of those with an underactive thyroid.

    I have a Diploma with Merit from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London.

    I have an Advanced qualification in Clinical Weight Loss from the Health Sciences Academy.
