I offer consultations for homeopathic treatment as part of Abergavenny Complementary Practice and Hereford Centre for Natural Health, as well as online sessions.
I have been in practice since I qualified in 1995 and have since broadened and extended my practice tools to include homeobotanical remedies and flower essences. I use these to support you to regain and maintain your best state of health, whatever that means for you.
I love to support women and children going through times of transition. These could include recognisable rites of passage including hormonal thresholds and changes as well as other aspects of change that life can throw up for us, often involving shock, loss and grief. These can upset our sense of balance causing stress allowing states of ill health to arise as a result.
Please contact me for a free exploratory call; finding the right person to work with is important.
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your GP for advice before starting any new therapies.

They host a wide variety of social events, activities for all ages and can be hired for your own event. Great yoga classes at different times of the day, for different abilities. Free parking.

a year agoFriday morning is coffee morning from 10.30am. Lovely group of people. Refreshments and cake for a donation. There is also a lunch club for those who wish to stay longer. There is also a small group of ladies who meet for a sewing group. They bring their own sewing machines and projects to share with one another and exchange knowledge and tips. There centre is also used for many other activities.

6 years agoI was so impressed to see this community in action! A day of shared food. Musical contributions. Yoga. Competitions. Chalk drawings. Chat and laughter and children. I was greeted by a very talented artist on his hands and knees in the courtyard making a medallion with a piece of chalk and that set the tone for a day of everyone fully participating. Good on you guys.
