I have been teaching Alexander Technique lessons in Cambridge for over 40 years. I teach Pilates matwork as well to some of my Alexander pupils who I think can be helped by this, or who want to learn some simple exercises.

The Alexander Technique will improve your posture and movement which are the underlying causes of much back and neck pain, Repetitive Strain Injuries and  other musculo-skeletal problems. There is now research evidence that the Alexander Technique reduces chronic low back pain. Better posture and coordination will enhance performance in the arts, sport, and daily life.

You will learn skills which will help you feel better physically and mentally.  Good posture and graceful movement are more attractive as well as healthier.

Trauma/Tension Release Exercise is a simple, physical method of releasing trauma and tension.
