GREET THE FEET REFLEXOLOGY and LYMPH DRAINAGE.

WHO?          Alison is a fully qualified reflexologist as well as being a Reflexology Lymph Drainage practitioner (RLD).

WHAT?        Reflexology is a wonderful therapy which complements normal life, and main-stream medical treatments.  Working often on the feet alone (though hands, face and ears can also be

used)  the touch and varied pressure of the therapists fingers seek to calm, and ease the body, mind, and spirit whilst also working through any blockages found in fascia and lymph

movement.

WHERE?     The clinic is a three minute drive from Banbridge town centre in County Down, Northern Ireland.

There is off road parking for you, and a warm welcome awaits you at the door.

HOW?          Getting to know you and your needs is important, so a short health consultation is done first.  You may want to come for the amazing deep relaxation that reflexology can offer, or, there

may be something more specific to work on.  REFLEXOLOGISTS DO NOT ‘DIAGNOSE’ OR ‘TREAT’ so please do bear that in mind.  For the reflexology itself you will simply remove your

shoes and socks before getting on to the couch or Lafuma chair.  Once comfortable and warm you will have about 45 minutes of reflexology.

WHEN?     To book your first session you can call today and I will check diaries with you.  I look forward to that.
