My name is Elizabeth and i am an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist. I offer hypnotherapy in Herne Bay, Whitstable and Canterbury. Online and home visits are also available.
People come to me when they are ready to lose weight and stop their unhelpful eating patterns.
I see many clients who are ready to stop smoking and regain their health and wealth.
I help people who are in physical or emotional pain.
If you are fearful of speaking in public or speaking up for yourself at interviews then i can help you find the confidence you need to be able to do that.

My Specialisms
I have specialised in many areas including weight loss, smoking cessation, pain, hypnobirthing and energy psychology.
I first qualified in 2018 as a Hypnotherapist and then went on to train in Emotional Freedom Techniques, OldPain2Go, and Reiki.
I offer a Free 20 Minute consultation either online or telephone so that you can discuss your problem and your therapy goals. There is no obligation to book. The Free consultation allows you to connect with me, ask questions and determine if we are a good fit.
If you decide to book with me, we will then arrange your therapy sessions. During your first initial session, we will get a few more details about your issue and where you want to go. Depending on the therapy you choose, we will then start to resolve your problem.
It gives me great pleasure to help people let go of what is holding them back from becoming the best version of themselves so that they can live their best lives. I love what i do and i work with my clients to reach their therapy goals.
