I offer treatment and training in Polarity Therapy, Relaxation Therapies, Reiki and Shamanic Healing. I have been in private practice since 2002. Specialisms include work with trauma, bereavement, women’s issues, life transitions, and a range of physical presentations. I am passionate about evolving models of healthcare and am happy to consult with the other practitioners and doctors you may see. The work I offer is fully complementary and holistic. It will include a combination of energy work on the massage table, diet and nutritional counselling, movement and yoga as well as shamanic clearing.
Students are welcome to study in short intensives for certification in Relaxation Therapies and Reiki Mastery. My Energy Healing Programme is run in one and two year options and is equivalent to graduate study. In all instances, I treat and train people. Your full self is welcome, free of judgement, to co-navigate your relationships with life, self and the body for your best health.
