Hi, I’m Ann,
A fully certified and insured clinical, solution focused hypnotherapist. I really enjoy helping people calm their minds so they can think more clearly. As an experienced, hypnotherapist, my clients find working with me informative, relaxing and know that their care, progress and privacy are at the centre of my practice.
I have helped clients gain control over what has been getting in the way of living their best lives. Whether that be calming anxiety, overcoming phobias, improving sleep, increasing confidence, overthinking, weight management or stopping smoking.
Sessions are part talking ‘solution focused’ therapy followed by relaxing, healing hypnosis.
