I began my career in Counselling in 1998, gaining a Certificate and then a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling in 2002; then a Certificate in Time Limited Therapy, and in 2012 a Certificate in Couple Counselling.
In 2011, I gained my BACP Accreditation and am a BACP Registered Counsellor/ Psychotherapist.
I have an annually renewed DBS check (formerly known as a CRB check) at the Enhanced level to work with Adults and Children.
I adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy's "Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy".
