    Education and Training

    Phoebus first encountered acupuncture and Chinese medicine at the age of thirteen. That early curiosity became formal study at Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, followed by two years in a hospital orthopaedics unit.

    He later joined an international teaching exchange in the UK and taught at London South Bank University, supervising students, lecturing and contributing to seminars at European universities.
