I work with adults experiencing a range of emotional and mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I also have a particular interest in childhood trauma, attachment difficulties, domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, and post-separation abuse. Using a warm, relational, and person-centred approach, I help clients make sense of their experiences, build self-compassion, strengthen boundaries, and move towards healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I work integratively, tailoring online therapy to your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, understand how past experiences may be affecting you today, and develop healthier ways of coping. I offer both short- and long-term online therapy in a warm, relational, and person-centred environment.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to begin. I offer a free 15-minute consultation as a relaxed, informal chat where we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and whether I feel like the right person to support you. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue.
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your GP for advice before starting any new therapies.
