I specialise in helping individuals overcome challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and conflict avoidance. With over 13 years of clinical experience, I work primarily with Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies, which are grounded in strong scientific evidence and proven effectiveness.
I currently offer phone / online based CBT and also offer therapy in Richmond.
From our very first session, we will work toward a clear, personalised understanding of your difficulties. Based on this, I will develop a tailored treatment plan using evidence-based methods suited to your specific needs. I am fully accredited by the BABCP and apply an advanced CBT approach known as the UCL Case Formulation Model.
In addition to standard CBT, I integrate approaches such as Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I also draw on insights from Evolutionary Psychology. This combination is particularly effective in addressing issues like generalised anxiety disorder, low self-esteem, panic disorder, and perfectionism.
My academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, numerous counselling qualifications, and extensive postgraduate training in CBT at both the diploma and master’s level. I have led multiple treatment programmes at the renowned Priory Hospital in Roehampton and have supervised other therapists.
