I am a counsellor and psychotherapist offering confidential, integrative therapy for adults in West London and online. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, loneliness and life transitions.

I also offer LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy and have particular experience supporting people exploring identity, sexuality, relationships, polyamory and non-monogamy. My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental, creating space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.

Face-to-face sessions take place in West London, near Shepherd’s Bush Market, Stamford Brook and Ravenscourt Park, all easily accessible by public transport from White City, Hammersmith, Acton, Ealing and Notting Hill. Online sessions are also available.
